Large Format Equipment:

50" Large Format Hewlett Packard UV Flatbed Printer
Capable of printing on any rigid substrate up to 1" in thickness. This machine generally is used for real estate signage, coroplast outdoor signage and large POP displays. It prints at up to 1440 d.p.i.

100" Mutoh Solvent Based Roll to Roll Printer
This machine is capable of printing on most roll stock materials up to 100" wide. Some applications this printer is used for are vinyl banners, vehicle wraps, trade show displays and most general sign use. The Mutoh prints up to 1440 d.p.i.

54" Roland Solvent Based Roll to Roll Printer
This machine is capable of printing on most roll stock materials. Some applications this printer is used for are vinyl ban ners, vehicle wraps, trade show displays and most general sign use. The Roland prints up to 1080 d.p.i.

60" Graphtec Plotter
The graphtec is used mainly for plotting out single color of vinyl.

60" Wide Format Cold Laminator
We use the cold laminator to seal and protect roll and rigid media in harsh environments.


Digital Equipment:

Hewlett Packard Indigo 5500
Our flagship of digital printers. This press is capable of printing 2400 x 2400 d.p.i. and holds the color perfectly. It has the same look and feel as you would get from our larger 40" Heidelberg presses while still maintaining a cost sensitive small run option. It has full variable data capabilities and prints at an astonishing 8000 revolutions per hour. It also has 7 colors for high fidelity/FM screening and PMS spot colors. Feel free to ask your Account Manager for some samples. Max sheet size is 12.5" x 19".

Xerox Docucolor 5000
The Xerox line of printers has long been in our family. They have the incredible ability to hold color and obtain beautiful prints. You will notice the prints have a glossier finish than litho print does. The Xerox prints in 4 color process and has a maximum sheet size of 12.5" x 19.2"

Xerox Docucolor 252
A smaller version of our Xerox Docucolor 5000 for redundancy.

Xerox 490
A very nice high speed black ink device that is used for large manuals.
